Schedule: Monday - Friday. Saturdays ***** are mandatory during busy season or when weekday schedule is delayed by weather or holidays.
Residing within that radius would be necessary.
Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
Previous Landscaping and light construction experience preferred, will train the right candidate.
Ability to work outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
English speaking preferred but not a requirement.
Drug Screen, Physical & Physical Performance Evaluation (PPE).
Comprehensive criminal background checks, along with a 7-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.

1–5 years of experience in traffic signal installation, electrical work, or related construction trade
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and riser diagrams
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to operate company vehicles and maintain insurable driving status
Must be able to stand, climb, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Regularly lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Must tolerate exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and work at heights in bucket trucks or aerial lifts
Work is performed outdoors year-round in all conditions
Knowledge of MUTCD, OSHA, and TxDOT traffic signal installation standards preferred
Skilled in the safe use of bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and basic rigging practices
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
Ability to read and interpret intersection layouts, engineered schematics, and overhead signal plans
Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts to position and adjust traffic signals
Follow MUTCD, OSHA, and company standards for aerial work, electrical safety, and traffic control
Document installations, inspections, and adjustments in project logs or digital tools
Must be able to read and interpret signal plans and electrical schematics
Must meet all eligibility requirements and execute the applicable Sign-On Bonus Agreement
