Job Description The Sr. Director of Support Services and Campus Facilities for Inova Loudoun Hospital serves as contract manager for all Support Services functions providing leadership, direction, support and monitoring. Services to include but not limited to Food, Environmental Services, Safety and Security, Engineering. In addition, this role serves as the building, facilities and construction leader for Inova Loudoun Hospital, and provides leadership in areas of responsibility within the hospital and the community.
Requirements Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years' practice management experience; master's level degree with concentration in healthcare related study (MSN, MHA, MBA, or MPH); excellent communication and collaboration skills, must be able to partner effectively with physicians and other support departments-HR, Managed Care, Marketing, Finance, and billing.
