The hire of these two industry veterans, with 30 years of combined experience, will further Jobs2Careers’ goal of supporting the human capital management (HCM) industry through strong, trusted partnerships.

Kelly Kudola will lead the vertical as Director of Staffing, with Barb Kovacs joining Tyler Davis on the sales team as a Senior Strategic Account Executive. Kudola is an expert in the staffing and RPO verticals, and her 11+ years of leadership at Kelly Services have provided her with in-depth knowledge of the struggles, goals, and needs of the staffing industry. She has spent the majority of her career within corporate operations at Kelly Services as partnership manager. She was responsible for all job board, resume database, and strategic technology partnerships.
