While conducting a group interview, one of the candidates fell asleep and did not wake up until after the interview. I am not sure if this was a poor reflection on my interviewing skills or if she was just super tired!

What is the best part of your job? Helping job seekers find the perfect job & helping companies hire great people.

In your opinion, what makes Jobs2Careers different than any other job aggregator? At J2C, we have Pay-per-Apply-Click products to help eliminate “curiosity” clicks that other aggregators generate for their clients. Why should a client pay for every click? – We only send the qualified click to apply. Pay-per-Apply-Click supplies a lower Cost-per-Apply and utilizes the client’s budget more effectively.

What would be your ultimate superhero power/ alternate persona (or both!)? My alternate persona would be Mary Poppins. She had great tricks in her purse and looked Nicole, Agency, Jobs2Careersfashionable while conducting business.

If you could max out a credit card at any store, which store would you choose?Neiman Marcus

What is the best advice you can give to job seekers?Make sure you have a killer resume. Keep it up to date and ask a trusted friend to proofread it.

Want to know what Shelly Mudd, our VP of Sales and Business Development, has to say about Nicole?
“Nicole is approaching her two year anniversary with our team and has proven herself to not only be a great leader for our Agency Relations department, but also one of our highest performing sales team members. She helps hold down the fort in California, but is always involved and willing to help our Austin home base whenever she is able. We wish we could see her more often, but we know we’re very lucky to have her!”
