Review and verify timekeeping data prior to payroll processing
Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information
Generate payroll reports as needed for management and accounting purposes
Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for payroll transactions
Assist with audits or payroll-related reporting when required
Coordinate with HR and accounting teams regarding payroll changes, new hires, and terminations
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
Ability to step into the role quickly and manage payroll processes with minimal training
Previous payroll experience required
High School Diploma or GED
Maintain and update payroll records including wages, deductions, and benefits
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems required
