Prepare and cook all food items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up, stock, and maintain a specific cooking station
Operate and clean all kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and knives
Monitor food inventory levels and restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
Prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and plate dishes
Work with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent food delivery during service
Keep work area clean including running the dishwasher periodically
Assist in menu planning and development
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Participate in training new kitchen staff

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
Two rotating shifts, various days
