Requires basic understanding of how machines operate.

The employee must have arm-hand steadiness, manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and the ability to adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positions.
Must be self-directed and take initiative to learn new skills, make improvements or take corrective action.
Possess the ability to read and interpret measuring equipment such as gauges, blueprints, micrometers, calipers, depth, and dimensional micrometers.
Must be able to monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to be sure the machine is working properly.
Requires understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Requires the ability to work as an individual contributor as well as participate on terms as a constructive and productive team member.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Requires the understanding and compliance of environmental, health and safety regulations of the operation and organization.
Visual acuity for detailed work.
Must be able to stand approximately 8-12 hrs./day.
Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. from floor level to waist, and waist to floor continuously.
Mechanically inclined and possess basic mechanical aptitude and skills.
