Assemble parts according to verbal and SOP work instructions and documents required information.
Performs visual and in-process inspections of parts during the manufacturing process to ensure quality requirements are met; able to determine acceptable and unacceptable parts.
Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for an entire shift and have manual dexterity
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow manufacturing procedures
Ability to work with a safety-first culture and adhere to all safety requirements at all times
Must rotate throughout Manufacturing Cases and Component Molding
Willing to be cross trained in different tasks
Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tool
Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels
Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe specified by the Manager
Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime. Must be able to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities
