Experience: Previous dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry and experience loading/unloading trailers is preferred.
Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, and weekends) due to varying freight volumes.
Critical Thinking: Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills; experience using handheld scanners is a plus.
Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and maintain regular attendance.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and load/unload trucks.
