At least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
Customer service experience is required.

Finishing products according to established procedures and ensuring all quality standards are met
Ability to read and understand work tickets and instructions
Strong attention to detail and counting skills
Ability to distinguish colors and clearly see fabric details
Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as tape measures and stitch counters
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
Ability to pull containers weighing up to 70 lbs approximately 30 feet
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and pulling throughout the shift
Ability to meet production standards
Willingness to work overtime when needed
