Utilize welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick) to repair or fabricate parts for machinery and equipment
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure all necessary materials are available for repairs and maintenance
Maintenance Experience
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts replacements
Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and team members to solve complex issues and improve equipment performance
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and proactively address them
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with equipment
Provide welding and fabrication support as needed, including creating custom parts and repairing damaged components
Must have at least 1 year of welding experience
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
Assist with installation, modifications, and upgrades of equipment and systems
