Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably within a government setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch
Pay will be between $14.00/hour

Perform repetitive hand and arm motions

Use hands to frequently/continuously handle currency (paper and coin) as well as operate a variety of equipment such as cash register, lottery machine (where applicable), scanner, computer, and calculator

Meet established volume activity standards for the position
Ability to push or pull up to 2000 pounds using a pallet jack
Pull or push up to 75 lbs. on occasion

Have sufficient visual ability to check ID cards, checks, invoices and other written documents
