Location: South City, MO
Schedule: 1st Shift
Perform secondary operations such as deburring
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs occasionally
Record completed quantities and documentation required by work instructions
Ability to use measuring devices such as micrometers, squares, calipers, etc.
Machine Operator
Ability to read and understand work orders, including required operations and quality checks
Activate and monitor machines to ensure accuracy during production
Occasional walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, and use of hands to handle tools or materials
Perform spot welds as needed
Knowledge of operating presses, press brakes, spot welders, drill presses, and hand tools
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Position workpieces accurately against stops or align layout marks with dies or blades
Conduct minor machine maintenance, including oiling machines
Set stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates
Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
