Interpret blueprints, Process Flow Instructions and other written or verbal instructions
If required, perform all aspects of inspection: in-process, final and source; allocate partial points - 3 points in-process - 3 points final - 4 points source
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty area e.g. welding, tool making

Ability to identify electronic and mechanical components (i.e.: resistor color codes and mechanical hardware, etc.)
Must be able to use various assembly equipment such as Soldering Irons, De-Soldering Station equipment, Mag-Lamps, wire cutters, and Microscopes
Hand tools such as tweezers, cutters, needle nose pliers, screwdrivers and wrenches

Ability to read and interpret assembly process documentation.
