Must pass test showing at least ninth grade level in mathematics and reading comprehension
Must demonstrate ability to perform SPC required on job
Be capable of lifting an assembled bladder from the assembly bench to the curing pans without assistance
Must be able to inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications
Must be able to inspect material in process to all applicable standards and record inspection data on appropriate forms for submission to the customer
Vision 20/20 with or without correction
Ability to pass a basic skills assessment demonstrating at least a ninth-grade level in mathematics and reading comprehension
Ability to perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) functions required for the position
Ability to lift and move assembled products without assistance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written assembly instructions and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow all safety and quality standards
Good communication and problem-solving skills to report issues and maintain production quality
