Setup Operator
2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 11:30am Monday – Friday
3rd Shift: 11:30pm to 7:30am Sunday – Thursday
Pay Rate: 2nd Shift: $23.70 per hour
Pay Rate: 3rd Shift: $24.78 per hour
Read and understand product blueprint/specification sheets from engineering department
Read, reference and interpret written and verbal instructions; always following established standard procedures
Maintain established production levels and quality standards
Recognize and report any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship
Maintain necessary records; work is subject to audited inspections
Operate one or more machines simultaneously
Use precision measuring instruments, master gauges, gauging blocks, dressing, and hand tools
Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervision
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Follow all safety and security practices
