Must be at least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
Ability to sit or stand for the duration of a shift
Frequent use of hands, arms, and fingers for repetitive tasks and fine motor functions
Comfortable working in industrial environments that may include noise, dust, heat, cold, and other manufacturing conditions
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) strongly preferred
Experience manufacturing consumable goods preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs
Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and remain receptive to coaching and feedback
Commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
Manipulate raw materials and production components during manufacturing processes
Weigh, fill, assemble, and package products according to production standards
Apply labels, stickers, and compliance markings to finished goods
Meet required cycle times and productivity standards in assigned production areas
Work on a high-volume manufacturing assembly line while maintaining quality and efficiency
Support team production goals while adhering to all safety and quality requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
