Between 2 to 5 years of practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly roles, ideally within compressor manufacturing, rotating machinery, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
Completion of technical vocational training or commensurate hands-on experience; a high school diploma is required, with additional technical education considered a strong asset.
Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and parts lists accurately.
Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude combined with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Capability to function autonomously with initiative while also thriving in a collaborative team-based environment.
Physical readiness to undertake manual work including lifting, bending, and adaptability to varying environmental conditions typical in a manufacturing setting.
Complete physical labor demands associated with the role, including but not limited to bending, lifting loads up to 50 pounds in line with company manual lifting guidelines, climbing, installing components, pulling assemblies, and other general assembly activities.
Must be able to operate safely and effectively in an on-site Rockhill, South Carolina facility (onsite requirement).
