To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:
Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate
This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.

Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.

High school / GED
Technical degree or similar preferred
Along with minimum 1-year mechanical background experience, nine (9) months experience in the mechanical product line assembly group
Must be able to perform in-process inspection procedures of own work and/or other mechanical assemblers associated with assignments
This position must meet "US Person" Export Control Requirements as defined by 22 CFR 120.62 - "US Person means a person who is a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)."
