Poultry Production Associate - 3rd Shift (Rockingham, NC)
Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour
Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all protocols and SOPs
Inspect products to ensure quality and uniformity
Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized work area to meet food safety standards
Collaborate with colleagues to hit daily production targets
Able to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A team player who contributes positively to group objectives

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
Comfortable working in hot, humid, and odorous conditions
Ability to work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment
Proper PPE is provided and required at all times
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
Experience in industrial or outdoor environments is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
