Beverage service for kiosk guests
Essential Functions: Greet every guest with a smile, greeting and to help direct them to kiosk ordering
Cleans, stock and maintain the kiosk area
Guide guests by being the subject matter expert for all kiosk functions.
Restock Grab and Go and Beverage displays
Med - High Volume AM & PM (Based on Volume - key times are cafe peak times)
Maintain package goods displays.
Bus and clean tables
Kiosk receipt paper changing
Supports and promotes company initiatives
Hours: Low Volume/Limited - 8:00-2:00 (Based on Volume - key times are cafe peak times)
Guest Service Attendant
Sampling to guests entering the cafe
Assist SA with guest needs, food running, pre-bussing when there are no guests in the Kiosk queue
Smile, friendly, takes appropriate action to guest requests
Secondary Functions: Assist SA with guest needs, food running, pre-bussing when there are no guests in the Kiosk queue
Additional duties as required
Assist kiosk guests with: Guest rewards, ordering, payments, number cards, beverage service, receipt printing, dine in/to go order fulfillment.
Sweep and maintain dining room
Cleans and maintains condiment station and dining room.
