Proficiency in basic mathematics
Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as tape measures to interpret dimensions
Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and demonstrated ability to select and utilize the appropriate tools safely and effectively for specific assembly tasks
Skill in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings at a moderate level, enabling accurate construction and assembly of components
Capability to follow detailed instructions and perform consistent, repeatable actions aligned with established assembly procedures
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities to identify and address assembly issues promptly

Physical fitness aligned with job demands, including frequent lifting (11-25 lbs), occasional heavier lifting (21-50 lbs), and sustained standing activities exceeding two-thirds of the work shift
Successful completion of pre-employment screening processes encompassing background checks, physical examinations, and comprehensive substance testing including hair follicle analysis
Flexibility to work additional hours including overtime, weekends, and willingness to work the 2nd shift as operational needs require
