Basic math and measurement skills
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Familiarity with welding safety practices and OSHA regulations
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines
Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
Completing of a certified welding program or apprenticeship (MIG, TIG, Stick).
