The Production Manager will report to the VP of Operations and will lead and manage all aspects of MASABA's metals manufacturing process to surpass customer expectations.
Plan, schedule resources and supervise the production process
Oversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure compliance with applicable operating and safety standards & regulations
Develop / refine performance measures
Supervise and document individual performance of team leaders and support staff
Develop and implement approved operating plans
Identify and mitigate process inefficiencies to improve cost, quality and delivery
Drive premium quality in all components produced
Ensure employees follow all applicable safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly.
Ensure work orders are processed accurately through MRP system.
Ability to lead and manage a diverse and cross-functional team
Must be flexible, adaptable, open to change, willing to take on challenges and a team player.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
