Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
Minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift
All inbound representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license
If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing
100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed over wired internet
Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk
4 weekdays and 1 weekend day schedule with mid-morning start time
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires
All computer equipment is provided
Remote work environment must be maintained
2-3 years sales experience preferred
