Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills
Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience, preferably in electronics or PCB assembly.

Flexible and able to adjust to changing production goals and objectives
High school diploma or equivalent
IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)
Operate hand tools including soldering irons, tweezers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, crimps and cutters.
Excellent dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Willingness to support flexible schedules as needed to support production and engineering builds
Follows ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object debris) protocols and maintains detailed documentation and compliance records
Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing, and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment, and changes, and more
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements
Position requires the ability to build both basic and complex assemblies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and the public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies
