Fluent in English and Spanish
Must be able to lift and carry materials, tools, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 75 pounds with team assistance or mechanical aid
Frequently standing and walking for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Regular bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and working in awkward or confined positions
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to handle small components and operate precision machinery
Ability to push/pull carts, pallets, or heavy components as part of the material handling process
Ability to climb ladders or access platforms for equipment maintenance or inspection when necessary
Must be able to work in an environment with continuous exposure to noise, and occasional exposure to vibration, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures (both hot and cold)
You must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times when in the production facility (e.g., steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hat)
Must have the physical stamina and focus to perform repetitive tasks safely and accurately throughout a full shift
