Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site. This is determined by the distance from the candidate's home site to the launch site
Has not received another launch bonus withinthe current calendar year

There are certain situations in which the employee would need to pay back the launch bonus. In all cases the bonus will be prorated based on the time in service at the new launch site
