Schedules are posted weekly — we need employees who can commit to consistent, reliable availability
Significant changes to availability during the season must be communicated to management immediately
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service
Accurately take customer orders in person or over the phone
Process payments correctly (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, mobile pay)
Operate the POS system efficiently and enter orders without errors
Handle cash responsibly, including giving correct change
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
Answer customer questions about menu items, specials, and pricing
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
Resolve customer concerns or complaints politely and professionally
Follow food safety and company policies to our standards
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
