Must be willing to learn the processing systems in order to trouble shoot and assist in maintenance
Become familiar with the function and maintenance of automated valve systems, piping, holding tanks and CIP systems
Maintaining logs, charts, processing records, and regulatory records and seals
Must be willing and able to become licensed by the state for processing and receiving
Must be computer literate
Three 12-hour shifts and a rotating weekend schedule as needed
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule
