H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with vehicles or heavy equipment desired
Familiar with parts terminology
Previous automotive/heavy equipment background a plus
Automotive, parts and/or equipment knowledge a plus
Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems desired
Successfully completed warehouse and shop parts training or possesses the equivalent experience
Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions
Strong verbal communication skills
Customer Service oriented
Basic computer and data entry skills required
Lift/carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds frequently and 21-50 pounds occasionally
Ability to demonstrate full range of motion for bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing frequently
Use and operation of a forklift as needed to pick and pack parts
This is position is classified as full-time, non-exempt
Normal Days of work are Monday through Friday
Overtime may be required on occasion as needed

0-2 Years Heavy equipment manufacturing experience desired
Knowledge of commonly used mechanical concepts, practices, and procedures required
Relevant trade school or college course work desired
Ability to correctly use and read a tape measure, and read/understand job-related blueprints, required
Ability to read drawings and blueprints accurately
Able to operate overhead cranes and forklifts
Must be dependable, dedicated to completing work assignments correctly, and use time wisely
Adept at problem-solving. Adaptable to new situations and challenges. Open to changes and new ideas
Ability to satisfactorily work alone with reasonable and appropriate instructions, training, and supervision, and ability to work with others respectfully and professionally in a team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and completely, expressing needs, and asking questions
Ability to sufficiently carry out detailed and written and/or oral instructions
Ability to handle the demand that accompanies production standards and deadlines
