Match shipments to associated purchase orders and confirm all information is accurate
Enter receiving and inspection data into the ERP system
Maintain inventory records and update vendor order information
Prepare, label, and organize received materials for inventory storage
Provide appropriate documentation to accounting and other departments as needed
Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify received materials
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to convert units of measurement and interpret specifications
Experience using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and other precision measuring equipment
Strong data entry and computer skills
Must be able to complete various activities in a warehouse environment that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
