Assists the Press Operator in preparing the press for production, including cleaning, changing plates, and adjusting settings.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the Press Operator or Supervisor to support the overall production goals.
Monitors and adjusts ink and water levels during the printing process to maintain consistent print quality.
Communicates effectively with the Press Operator and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of print jobs.
Follows all safety procedures and protocols within the press room, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Inspects printed materials for defects or inconsistencies, notifying the Press Operator of any issues.
Loads and unloads paper rolls or stacks onto the press, ensuring proper alignment and tension.
Assists in troubleshooting minor press issues and performing basic maintenance tasks.
Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
Maintains a clean and organized work area, including cleaning the press and surrounding areas.
