Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations within a full-service hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
Food safety certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
New Mexico alcohol service certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
