Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with all record keeping requirements
Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOP's, tariff book, internet or customs
Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs
Responsible for coordination of the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
HS Diploma or GED required
Data entry/keyboard experience required
This is role variable remote, with some work from home opportunity and some in the office work, dependent on company policy
Process agency brokerage shipments
Ability to use multiple systems and reference material
Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook using multiple screens and windows

Must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver patient/customer services that exceeds patient expectations as evidenced by patient satisfaction scores
Must have working knowledge of medical terminology
Must be able to demonstrate competency required as applicable to specialty area
Must have familiarity with diagnostic ICD-10 CM coding and HCPCS-CPT4 procedure codes

Must have completed training through an accredited Medical Assistant training program or obtain training within 18 months of hire date

Must be able to demonstrate basic clerical skills and working knowledge of standard office equipment
Must have three (3) years of medical office, business office, call center or customer service experience

Must have a High School diploma or GED
Must be able to communicate effectively with all hospital personnel, patients and visitors
Must demonstrate a positive demeanor, good verbal and written communication skills, and a professional appearance and approach
Medical Terminology Course Certificate and/or Medical Assistant Certification preferred
