Associate Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of: 2 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, or 4 years of experience in a non-automotive manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of ergonomic and safety principles within manufacturing environments.
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
Understanding of APQP, TS16949, and ISO 14001 requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of: PFMEA, Control Plans, Capacity Studies, Time & Motion Analysis.
Familiarity with electronics, robotics, and automation systems, including sensors, interfaces, and control devices.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, and use of hands for handling and operating tools or equipment.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to travel occasionally, including rare extended travel assignments.
Flexibility to work extended hours when business needs require.
