Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and policies
Familiarity with Fortive products, marketing programs, or customer-specific requirements is advantageous
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional and pleasant phone manner
Ability to converse fluently in English; additional language skills are a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities

CNC machining experience required
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, precision measuring tools, and machining processes
Experience operating both manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses
Ability to troubleshoot tooling and assist with process improvements and repairs
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
Fine hand manipulation and gripping for operating tools and precision instruments
Must wear required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes
