Verify customer orders for accuracy and create fabrication/shop orders.

Courteously and accurately accept customer orders by phone, mail, and/or fax. Prepare written orders according to proper specifications.
Verify the customer has an approved credit application and sufficient credit limit for the order. Coordinate with Accounting on credit issues.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
Notify customers of delays or issues and escalate conflicts when necessary.
Promptly input orders in the computer system following ISO 9001-2000 guidelines.
Verify completed orders prior to shipping and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and complete required documentation.
Provide pricing information using system knowledge.
Report customer concerns to the Sales Representative.
Determine "bricklaying" (calculation of pieces of plastic modular belting to construct final product) and appropriate pricing.

At least 2+ or more years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, written and/or verbal instructions.
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required
An onsite industrial manufacturing position, with exposure to noise, heat, and cold.
2+ or more years of experience utilizing measuring devices such as micrometers, gages, meters, calipers, and other measuring tools.
2+ years of assembly experience
3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs.
Ability to knee, bend, climb a ladder, and work in restricted spaces, walk and stand for long periods of time.
