Must be able to stand and have good hand-eye coordination.
Must possess good communication skills as well as basic math and reading skills.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, manipulate (pushing, pulling) total weight up to 1,300 lb. of dough in bowl with wheels
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Must pass Annual HACCP Recertification Examination with an 80% score, or 90% if retest is required
Must be able to work in a bakery/manufacturing facility and warehouse environment.
Must be available to work any shift as scheduled.
Available to work weekends when necessary.
Required overtime as needed.
Six months to one year previous food industry experience preferred.
6 months experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred.
Knowledge of safe practices a must.
