Property Manager
Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
Oversee leasing efforts and maintain target occupancy levels
Process applications and ensure proper qualification of new residents
Ensure strict adherence to tax credit, HOME, and other regulatory program requirements
Process certifications and re-certifications accurately and timely
Provide documentation to compliance monitors prior to approval decisions
Maintain organized and accurate property records
Maintain strong resident relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and professionally
Address concerns, conflicts, and complaints promptly
Perform monthly housekeeping inspections for each unit
Supervise maintenance staff to ensure work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance are completed timely and correctly
Oversee landscaping, groundskeeping, and vendor services
Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well maintained
Supervise rent collection, deposits, batches, and petty cash records
Pursue delinquent rent and eviction actions promptly and in accordance with policy
Maintain open, professional communication with the Regional Manager and corporate office
Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to on-site staff
Remain available for after-hours emergencies as needed
