Customer Retention Representative
Respond to customers who are considering canceling service.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Retain existing customers through excellent customer service and creative problem-solving.
Educate customers on available services, pricing options, and service enhancements.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate.
Work closely with Dispatch, Customer Service, Operations, and Billing to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Document customer interactions accurately within company software.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after concerns have been addressed.
Meet or exceed monthly customer retention and sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service background with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
Sales or account retention experience preferred.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple software systems.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
