Four-year degree in business or a related field

Ability to type accurately and operate a 10-key adding machine
Thorough understanding of all policies, regulations and procedures for regulatory and investor agencies as they pertain to the mortgage lending industry
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
Must have well-developed math and problem solving skills
