The ability to use numerous types of equipment and assembly tools, including microscopes, soldering irons, tweezers, calipers, picks, scalpels, hot plates, epoxies, etc.
Basic computer skills are required
The ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.
Must be able to sit at a microscope for extended periods.
The ability to demonstrate printed circuit board assembly experience to include soldering of surface mount, through-hole, and wire technology.
Complete IPC certification within 3 months of hire (training will be provided), or have current certification.
3+ years of relevant work experience are required for this position.
