Infrequently push and pull a force of 50 pounds on a wheeled-cart.
Use power and hand tools, a variety of testing equipment and simple machines.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Work in a team environment and effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporary agency assignments.
Wear safety glasses ANSI Z87 approved, steel toe shoes and other PPE as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing or other related experience
Operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area - the expected length of time to become proficient at producing at acceptable quality and productivity level is no more than 9 months.
Prioritize and organize work.
Read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures.
Understand standard units of measure and to set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
Operate pallet jack with heavy loads and to obtain fork truck license.
Frequently lift 10 pounds and infrequently lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Multitask and prioritize tasks.
