Move materials, parts, and containers as required, to complete job duties
Inspect & identify any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship, and report them to assigned leader
Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations
1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
3rd Shift: 11:30pm-7:00am
Pay Rate: $17-$23 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Proficient in at least one functional area of Assembly such as Build, Scribe, Pack, etc.
Assembler
Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions, including drawings and specification sheets, to assemble bearing products as directed, adhering to quality standards

Class 10000 cleanroom in most cases
1-2 years industrial experience
Lifting of materials ranging from light to medium weight from possibly floor level to approximately 2 feet above bench height
Blueprint reading
Good organizational skills and ability to be flexible with changing work demands
Math skills should include Algebra and Basic Trigonometry
Attention to detail and quality is paramount
Must be capable of setting up basic optical testing and performing tests without supervision
Occasional heavy lifting with assistance
Class 1000 cleanroom in special cases
Problem solving independently on routine production with awareness of when assistance is needed.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to gather data for submission to QA
Flexibility to work to hit required deadlines
DMAIC yellow belt training
Must be capable of solving routine production problems as they arise
