Computer Skills: Must have advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Advanced English language skills required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: In depth experience with TS16949 and related Quality Standards required.

Individual must have the ability to work effectively within a global Matrix-based organization and with multi-cultural teams.
Must be capable of learning other software packages (Ex: SAP, Axalant, Test Software).
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year College or University in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business Administration
Physical Demands/Work Environment: Responsibilities include the need to lift, carry, push, and pull material on an infrequent basis.
Experience should be gained in areas of engineering or technical operations and should include a minimum of five years in Quality Management leadership in automotive industry.
IATF16949 experience is highly required.
