Medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year.
Minimum age of 16.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license.
A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
