Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment
Communication Skills: Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and effectively communicate with all levels of the operation
Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery (HAAS, OMAX, Bridgeport) and the ability to interpret complex CAD drawings
