Must have a minimum of 5 years of excavation / grading experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of grading techniques, earthmoving equipment and related construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
Knowledge of safety hazards on and around the job.
Ability to maintain records.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
Must be able to work weekends, night shift and overtime.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must pass drug screen and physical.

Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures
Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of any restricted merchandise items (i.e., alcohol, tobacco)
