Work in a team environment and effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporary agency assignments.
Strong manual dexterity requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness.
Wear ANSI Z87 approved safety glasses, steel toe shoes, lab coat, sleeves, gloves, and other PPE as required per Job Safety Analysis.
Organize and prioritize work and operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area.
Infrequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance.
Regularly perform work that requires magnification.
Minimum 3 months manufacturing and/or other related experience (if lacking minimum months of experience, we will train you through our temporary agency before full time employment).
Read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures.
Understand standard units of measure and to set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
Infrequently stand in a stationary position.
Use power and hand tools, and custom tooling.
Concentrate for prolonged periods of time.
Perform standard software operations including SAP.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to work on various product groups and work flexible shifts.
